I've posted about this "Easy Breezy Broccoli Salad" before HERE. It's like eating pasta sans the carbs. It's light on the tummy and quick to put together. The only thing new is the onions- which are optional.
Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables are really good for us (we should be eating them at least 3 x per week)- and they should be lightly steamed. Enjoy!
