This probably looks very similar to the other "light" pastas I post. This one doesn't have any pasta, but does have the same effect on your palette sans the refined carbs.
It's a mixture of (all organic)...
- Broccoli- lightly steamed
- Tomatoes- diced
- Mozzarella balls- sliced
- Kalamata olives
- Salt + pepper
- A dribble or two of olive oil.
Toss together and enjoy!
