Cardio Dance is my cardio of choice these days. Tracy Anderson recommends doing her mat video along with cardio dance a few times a week, because the movement is fluid. This alleviates changes of "bulking up", while still working up a good sweat. I definitely think she is right, and from my experience I can see a difference. The most important thing is it's fun for me so I look forward to going. And after class I look forward to taking my time in the steam room. I have mini meditations in there. I'm loving it.
