Greenmarket is a program of the GrowNYC. Since 1976, our staff, volunteers and farmers have been working together to promote regional agriculture, preserve farmland and ensure a continuing supply of fresh, local produce for all New Yorkers. GrowNYC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that improves New York City's quality of life through environmental programs like Greenmarket that transform communities block by block and empower all New Yorkers to secure a clean and healthy environment for future generations.
