Is It Really Bad To Microwave Your Food?

I haven't used a microwave for years. Why? Radiation. Would you feel safe putting your pet in the microwave? What makes you think microwaving food you ingest any better?

When some one nukes my food or beverage I cringe. Dr. Junger, author of The Clean Program, had this question posed to him recently via his FaceBook page and thought it was good to share. He gives us his thoughts about microwaves...

"The microwave really is that bad. The microwave is very depleting. it forces the water molecules in your food to burst because of the amount of microwave radiation it emits. it is the worst option in terms of heating up food. It is right up there with frying (I think microwaving the food is worse personally).

There are many studies done on this. You can read more HERE.

I'm not a fan at all, I know it is quick, but I feel that society has not yet woken up to the dangers of microwaves.

Here are just a few conclusions from all the research out there on this topic:

Microwave exposure caused significant decreases in the nutritive value of all foods researched. The following are the most important findings:

1. A decrease in the bio-availability [capability of the body to utilize the nutriment] of B-complex vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, essential minerals and lipotropics in all foods.

2. A loss of 60-90% of the vital energy field content of all tested foods.

3. A reduction in the metabolic behavior and integration process capability of alkaloids [organic nitrogen based elements], glucosides and galactosides, and nitrilosides.

4. A destruction of the nutritive value of nucleoproteins in meats.

5. A marked acceleration of structural disintegration in all foods."
