Get Your Groove On

It's raining and dreary here today... possibly snowing (eeks!), and days like today make it very easy to stay in and veg. Are you doing Tracy Anderson? I have been doing her mat workout almost everyday and I am about to pop over to the gym to do some cardio. You can also follow Alexandra's lead and do a goddess dance. It's hard- I know, but it's good for us for so many reasons. I just spied this article in the New York Times found HERE. It suggests that being more physically active can lead to better sleep. Did we really need a study for that? Anyhoo... remember to get your groove on!
