I can't remember if I posted about this before... but I figured I'd post just because I had it this morning and truly my favorite way to eat a papaya. Take advantage as they are in season (I know not locally) now.
1. Slice a papaya in half
2. Scoop out the seeds
3. Mix an avocado and mango in the blender
4. Place avocado/mango mix in the papaya
5. Top off with some coconut shavings
Scoop out with a spoon and enjoy. It's soooo good!
