More Wisdom from Dallas Flynn... Extending Your Growing Season

(Tomatoes Growing in a High Tunnel at Forest Glen Farm)

The high tunnels extend Flynn's growing season from 90 days per year to 240-270 days- thus giving him more produce. Most growers average 5 to 10 pounds of tomatoes off one plant in a season and Flynn's plants yield 35 to 50 pounds. You can see why there's a bit of interest in what Flynn is doing.
