Often of late, I have been enjoying yogurt + berries for breakfast. After some 4 or so years of religiously drinking a morning smoothie and/or juice (except at times when traveling did not permit) I have grown... tired of them? More so, they make me feel a bit ill- and this happens no matter what time of the day I try to enjoy them. Will I continue to make them from time to time? Of course, but perhaps my body just got a little bored and needs me to change it up? Your body knows best.
p.s. It's very refreshing in this warmer weather. A good additional source of "probiotics" and berries of all fruits, are low in "sugar". The darker the better. Enjoy!
