ABC Kitchen Review

There have been rave reviews about ABC Kitchen, a new farm-to-table restaurant by ABC Home and Chef Jean-Goerges Vongerichten, and I now I can tell you first hand I know why. The place from the outside seems nondescript, but once inside it feels special... magical? :)

A mix of new and old in a modern way- bright whites, antiques and lots of natural woods and greenery. It's elegantly beautiful and crafted with great attention- to every detail. The food was delicious! My Carrot Avocado Salad was to die for! I never expected it to be that yummy.

(Marinated Olives)

(Roasted Beets with homemade yogurt)

(Sugar Pea Parmesan Salad)

(Roast Carrot and Avocado Salad, Crunchy Seeds and Citrus)

(This was a gift- courtesy of the chef... thank you!
Market Strawberries with Vanilla Meringues
+ Poppy Sour Cream Ice Cream)

Part of the reason the food is soooo yummy is it made with the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. There are no GMOs, chemicals, etc. It's all about locavore sustainability and elegant artistry...
and not just in regards to the food. I can't wait to go back! Reservations are recommended.
