Sally Fallon: Nourishing Traditions

Sally Fallon is the co-author of Nourishing Traditions and runs the Weston A. Price foundation, which I have mentioned at least once before. While I don't agree with everything (more on this later), I do think they are onto something... ie a natural unprocessed diet. Below are a few video clips from a Sally Fallon lecture. There are gaps but the tidbits of information in them are very informative.

Brief overview and introduction to Weston Price and his work and research.

Fallon talks many about seeds, grains, nuts and legumes and grains, which we are not really designed to eat... unless they have been soaked, sprouted and fermented. They contain inhibitors, blockers and compounds which are toxic.

Makes a point of mentioning that we all need LOTS of enzymes. She also talks more about the negative and toxic effects of soy.

About Real Milk and what it is- goes into detail. Raw vs pasteurized.
