Video: From Grass to Cheese: The Nolan Family Farm

If you have never been on a farm before this will give you a little sneak peak into all the hard work that goes into one. By sneak peak I mean all the hard work is pretty glossed over for this mini-film. When I went to a dairy farm I was shocked. Hard labor and getting dirty are non-negotiable.

I like that their cows get to roam outside pretty freely and they use the manure to grow the grass- closed loop. There was a mention about 'antibiotic' testing which made my ears perks up, but other than that I think it's absolutely wonderful that we are seeing more and more farms going back to the au natural route. I am unaware of a reason not to support your local farmers. Support them!
