60 Minutes: Sharkman

Eckhart Tolle, in his book, "The Power of Now", writes what thrill-seekers seek via their risky activities are the present moment. They don't have time to think about "things", with exception to what they are doing in that precise moment. Makes sense to me. This 60 Minutes Sharkman report reminded me of just how that might be. I know we all can recall times being clearly in the present moment. Feels good, right?

Another blip that caught my ear was when Anderson Cooper asked, “With all the fish in the sea, why are the great whites so interested in the seals?” The response? "The reason for that is the blubber. Marine mammals have a blubber layer and their blubber is extremely energy rich."

Conclusion: Stay in the present moment and good fat is a good thing. :) Cheers!
