60 Minutes: The French Paradox

They were so close and then I don't know what happened... highly refined carbs, un-natural processed foods and sugars are to blame. It's great that we are bringing it back to the au natural solution and people are finding out fats are not the villain. The French eat a natural diet, less chemicals, preservatives, and additives + it's generally more local. They also mention fermentation and other goodies. Check it out. We might just have been ahead of our time...
