Pilates

It's been quite some time since I've practiced Pilates. I used to go 2-3 times per week and I did this for a couple of years. Well, I got back in the saddle the other day and remembered instantly why I loved it so much. Aside from stretching you out, making you taut and tone, it really builds your strength and you feel your muscles (even ones you forgot about) doing the best they can. Best of all it's good to mix it up. Try it!
