It was not until a couple of months ago that I started to eat yogurt. I've known of it's benefits for many years, but I could not eat it. I refused.
Not sure how it happened exactly, but I have a feeling the addition of kefir to my diet has something to do with me changing my tune. One day recently I just started eating it. Not allot but a little with some fresh peaches and nectarines.
My honey made me this concoction, which was as tasty as it is lovely... yogurt mixed in the Vitamix with berries topped with some coconut shavings. Try it!
